A $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. The $50.00 deposit is refunded after clean-up and key return. Failure to properly clean the rented area or returning the key will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

The deposit will be available for pickup or returned on the Monday following your event.

If your event is canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled date, you may reschedule for another available date, or if you no longer wish to use the facility, the deposit is refundable. If the event is canceled within 7 days of the event date and you no longer wish to use the facility, the deposit is non-refundable.

Please do not puncture or create holes in the walls for decorations. All decorations must be removable, non-damaging materials only.

Huge open flames and pyrotechnics are not permitted. No smoking or vaping in the building.

All trash must be placed in trash bags and disposed of in the garbage bins located on the left side of the building.

Floors must be swept and mopped. Tables and chairs must be wiped down. The microwave and refrigerator must be cleaned if used.

Please ensure all personal belongings are removed. Return all tables and chairs to their original locations.

All lights must be turned off at the conclusion of your event. Lock all doors before leaving the premises.
