Deposit & Payment
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental date.
Once received, the booking is reviewed and an invoice for the remaining balance is sent within 24 hours.
Deposits goes towards your total balance of rental.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event. a reminder will be sent before the 7 days by email and text.
If the balance is still unpaid after the reminder, the event date will be canceled.
Deposits for rentals from Dr. Fun Zone are non-refundable, but your rental can be rescheduled to another available date.
For bookings made within 7 days of the event, the remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
Bookings are not accepted within 48 hours of the event date.
Discount Policy
A 10% discount is available for first-time customers or rentals scheduled from Monday through Thursday.
Only one discount may be used per rental, and cannot be combined with referrals.
The 10% discount applies to single-item rentals only (for example: one bounce house, one waterslide, or one photo booth).
Bundles or multiple items are not eligible.
(10% off Example : $112.50 total = $50.00 deposit + $62.50 remaining balance)
(Regular Cost Example : $125.00 total = $50.00 deposit + $75.00 remaining balance)
Booking Process
When booking a rental, you will complete a form that includes:
• Date
• Time / Hours
• First and last name
• Phone number
• Event address
Please double-check your information before submitting so there are no delays in confirming your booking or scheduling delivery.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery, setup, and pickup are included.
The customer must provide a clear, safe, and accessible setup area, and the space must be ready at the scheduled delivery time.
Rental items may not be moved or relocated after setup,
as this can affect safety and proper operation.
Power Requirements
Rentals require access to a standard electrical outlet.
A 50-ft extension cord is provided if needed.
Equipment must remain powered during use
and must not be unplugged or tampered with while operating.
Weather Policy
Equipment may not be used in unsafe weather, including strong winds, heavy rain, or lightning.
Inflatables or lightweight equipment must be shut down if winds exceed 15 mph.
Rescheduling is allowed for unsafe weather conditions.
Proper Use & Care
All items must be used only as intended
and handled with reasonable supervision.
Misuse, unsafe behavior, or intentional damage is not allowed.
The inflatable weight limit is 800 lbs.
General Rental Rules
Equipment must stay in the agreed setup location for the entire rental period.
Items may not be modified, disassembled, or altered.
Equipment should be kept reasonably clean and free from damage.
Open flames, smoking, and hazardous materials are not permitted near rental equipment.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for guest safety and proper use of all rental items during the rental period.
The costumer is financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, loss, or theft that occurs while equipment is in their possession.
Pickup Policy
All decorations and personal items must be removed before pickup.
Equipment should be reasonably clean and ready for removal.
Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, damage, or rule violations.
Agreement
By submitting a booking and paying the deposit or full payment, you acknowledge and agree to all Dr. Fun Zone LLC rental policies, safety rules, and terms listed above.
