Deposit & Payment

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
This deposit is a refundable security deposit and is not applied toward the rental price.

After your booking is reviewed, an invoice for the remaining balance will be emailed within 24 hours.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event.

A reminder will be sent before the 7-day deadline by email and text.
If the remaining balance is still unpaid after the reminder, the booking will be canceled.

For bookings made within 7 days of the event, the remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
Bookings are not accepted within 48 hours of the event date.

The $50 deposit will be returned after the event once the key is returned and the hall is left in clean condition.

The deposit will not be refunded if one of the following occurs:
• The key is not returned
• The hall is not left in clean condition
• Damage occurs during the rental
• The renter cancels the booking

Booking Process

When booking the hall, you will complete a form that includes:

• Event date
• Time slot
• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email

Available time slots from Monday - Thursday & Sunday are :

6:00am – 10:00am
11:00am – 3:00pm
4:00pm – 8:00pm

Please double check all information before submitting to avoid delays in confirming your booking.

Hall Access & Time Rules

The renter has access to the hall only during their reserved time slot.

All setup, decorating, event activities, cleanup, packing, and removal of personal items must be completed within the booked hours.
The renter and guests must leave the hall by the scheduled end time.

Chairs, tables, furniture, and any other items must be put away/place back in there original place.

Hall Property Rules

Chairs, tables, furniture, and any other items inside the hall must remain indoors at all times.
Nothing from inside the hall may be taken or moved outside.

Items must be handled with care and returned to their general area before leaving.

Cleaning Requirements

The hall must be left in clean condition by the end of your booking time.

Trash must be placed in proper containers, decorations removed, and floors left reasonably clear.
Food, personal items, and decorations must be taken with you when leaving.

Failure to clean, damage to the hall, or rule violations may result in additional fees or loss of the deposit.

Safety Rules

Hazardous materials are not allowed inside the hall.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Guests must follow basic safety and treat the property with care.
Unsafe or destructive behavior may result in the event ending early without refund.

Customer Responsibility

The renter is responsible for guest behavior and proper use of the hall during the rental period.

The renter is financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, theft, or rule violations that occur during their event.

Agreement

By submitting a booking and paying the deposit or full balance, you acknowledge and agree to all Masterpiece Hall policies and rules.
